Q: Who needs a Personal Concierge?

A: Everyone who needs help organizing their lives and wants to have more free time for their family, themselves or their community.

Q: What kinds of Concierge Programs are available?

A: We offer a variety of Concierge Programs including:
  • Individual - the 'everyone' service, designed to assist busy individuals, those requiring assisted living, stressed out professionals, harried moms - anyone who needs a little more time in their life
  • Corporate - business sponsored employee benefit programs, subsidized in part or in whole by the company
  • Lobby - onsite full time support for commercial building tenants and their employees, subsidized in part or in whole by the real estate management company
  • Gift Subscriptions - available to everyone, these subscriptions are sometimes termed 'giveaways' and are often presented for Customer appreciation or Employee recognition initiatives, as sales incentives or as private donor gifts
  • Country Club - often private labeled, we offer a variety of options in support of our Country Club residents - please contact us for more information


Q: How does a Personal Concierge service work?

A: Simple. You make a 'to do' list, give us a call, drop us an email or send us a fax and we'll take care of the rest. No matter what kind of errands or chores you need done, we can most likely take care of them for you. No job is too small, too large or too unusual. If you need to do it, then we can help you get it done.

Q: Is a subscription required?

A: No, but by becoming a subscriber you receive 20% off all our services including those of our Service Providers. For the equivalent of $10/month you receive 20% off our standard monthly service packages, 20% off our hourly rates and 20% off the services we subcontract. And our subscribers receive advance notifications for promotional services, sales events and our quarterly newsletter.

Q: If I sign up for a monthly service package is that the entire cost of the Concierge Service?

A: It depends. Our hourly rates do not include the cost of products or services, postage, long distance charges, third party charges or other such expenses which may be incurred in the performance of your specified duties. All reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in connection with performing the services are reimbursed as incurred.

Q: How are these other expenses paid?

A: All our concierge services are prepaid so our subscribers and customers must maintain an authorized credit card on file. If no credit card is available, then a minimum of $500 must be maintained in your account at all times to cover the cost of incidental charges. Of course, no charges will be made to your credit card without your advance knowledge.

Q: If I sign up for a monthly service package and I don't use all the time, does it carry over to the next month?

A: No - that's why we offer small buckets of time. Time may always be added during a month, but excess minutes do not carry over.

Q: What is included in the Home Awareness Package?

A: Each Home Awareness package includes the following:
Weekly:
  • Check appliances
  • Check plumbing - run dishwasher and washing machine, flush toilets, run faucets, empty icemaker
  • Monitor security and check for damage
  • Care for indoor plants
  • Check air conditioning
  • Inspect for water damage
  • Start your car(s) (if appropriate)
  • Check/forward mail, discard junk mail
  • Provide light housekeeping (dust, vacuum)
Monthly:
  • Refill golf cart batteries (if appropriate)
  • Inspect for pests
  • Oil cabinets to prevent the wood from drying out
  • Provide home repair oversight (contractor escort, monitoring)
  • Up to 4 hours of general errand service* including, but not limited to: Dry cleaning drop off/pick up Personal shopping Personal banking Pet sitting
Quarterly:
  • Window cleaning**
Prior to Arrival (if seasonal visitors):
  • Stock the refrigerator
  • Air out the home
  • Cool down/heat up (as necessary)
  • Sweep garage and/or patio
  • Wash the car and golf cart
  • Drop car off at the airport (if desired)
At/After Departure (if seasonal visitors):
  • Empty refrigerator/trash
  • Pick up car from airport or airport drop off
In addition to the service above, each subscription includes our Basic Concierge Service:
  • Search for tickets to concerts and special events
  • Travel and vacation assistance
  • Business referral service
  • Restaurant recommendations and reservations
  • Health and Beauty reservations
And because all residents who engage in the monthly Home Awareness service package are subscribers, they also receive:
  • A full year of discounted rates - 20% off all Concierge Services, monthly service packages and one-at-a-time services
  • A free personal consultation to determine their exact needs
  • A subscription card identifying them as an Executive Errands subscriber
  • Access to the subscribers-only portion of our website www.executive-errands.com where they can view their personal account status
  • Ability to purchase Gift Certificates (blocks of time) at the subscriber discount rate
*All errand and subscription services are subject to standard subscription terms including subscriber reimbursement for incidental charges

**Window washing includes up to 3 sliders and 2 windows (or the equivalent) per home. More windows may be subject to additional charge

Additional Errand hours are available at the subscriber discounted rate of $45/hour

Q: What is required to be an Executive Errands Corporate Subscriber?

A: Any business that purchases 50 or more individual subscriptions qualifies as a Corporate Subscriber. We offer a tiered Corporate status based on the number of subscriptions purchased:
  • Diamond Key: 500 or more subscriptions
  • Gold Key: 250 – 499 subscriptions
  • Silver Key: 100 – 249 subscriptions
  • Bronze Key: 50 – 99 subscriptions


Q: What benefits does my company receive as an Executive Errands Corporate Subscriber?

A: As a Corporate subscriber, your company receives the following:
  • Discounted individual subscription rate of $99/yr (standard rate is $120/yr)
  • The subscription info that accompanies each subscription card will reference your company as the benefactor of the subscription
  • Your company listed on our website as a Corporate subscriber
  • Ability to purchase Gift Certificates (blocks of time) at the subscriber discount rate


Q: What benefits do my Employees, Customers and Clients receive with an Executive Errands subscription?

A: Each of your Employee, Customer and Client subscribers receive the following:
  • A full year of discounted rates – 20% off all Concierge Services, monthly service packages and one-at-a-time services
  • A free personal consultation to determine their exact needs
  • A subscription card identifying them as an Executive Errands subscriber
  • Access to the subscribers-only portion of the website where they may view their personal account status
  • Ability to purchase Gift Certificates (blocks of time) at the subscriber discount rate


Q: What are the differences between Concierge Services, Monthly service packages and one-at-a-time services?

A: Concierge Services – Individual services for subscribers who need assistance managing their professional, personal or social commitments. These services include reservations, reminder services, personal shopping, date scheduling and management, prescription pickups/drop-offs, wait services……any type of errands or special services. We pride ourselves on being able to provide services for everything from the routine to the remarkable. These services are provided by the hour and are measured and billed in 15 minute increments. Corporate subscribers receive 20% discounts on our hourly rates.

Monthly Services – similar to gardeners or housekeepers, Executive Errands offers monthly service packages. Each package includes a dedicated, Personal Concierge who will take over chores or activities delegated by the subscriber. This is one person assigned to the subscriber with a schedule customized to suit. One face week-to-week and month-to-month. Someone who will work with the subscriber, someone who will go beyond the usual, regular or customary to understand how best to support his/her daily requirements, a person they can rely on.

There are standard service packages available, or one may be tailored to individual requirements. Each Corporate subscription is entitled to a 20% discount on the monthly service packages.

One-At-a-Time Services – These are services offered by our Service Providers such as landscaping, auto-detailing, window washers, nannies, electricians, etc. Our Service Providers are hand-selected based on personal referrals and must meet a stringent set of requirements before being accepted as an Executive Errands Service Provider. The 20% subscriber discount extends to these services as well.



Q: How do the Gift Certificates work?

A: As an Executive Errands subscriber, you can buy blocks of Concierge Service time. This is the true ‘one size fits all’ gift and may be given to anyone to redeem as they see fit. Blocks of time are available in any denomination from one hour on up.

These gift certificates may be purchased in connection with the Corporate subscription so that you’re providing not only the discount, but also startup time.

Q: What if my Customers or Clients do not have email or computer access?

A: No problem. Executive Errands will provide all the technical support needed. Your Customers or Clients will make a phone call and we’ll take care of the rest.



Q: Who will be supporting my Employees?

A: It depends. Either we will dedicate a Personal Concierge directly to your company or we might dedicate them to your Employees individually. Or, we may do a combination of both approaches, depending on the needs of your Employees and where they live. Our goal is to provide comprehensive, timely and high quality Concierge Services to your Employees and we will remain flexible in the pursuit of that goal.



Q: What happens when the quarterly subscription expires?

A: For Corporate subscriptions, we will contact you approximately one month before expiration to determine how many renewals you wish to authorize. As long as you maintain more than 50 individual subscriptions, you will retain your Corporate subscriber status. As you may be purchasing new subscriptions throughout the year, we will tailor a process to meet your specific needs. This may include prorated subscriptions such that all renewals are due at the same time, quarterly renewal bundles, or monthly renewals. We’ll be as flexible as we possibly can in order to support your company.

If you’ve purchased ‘giveaway’ subscriptions, we will contact those subscribers directly for renewal. Giveaways renewals do not count toward your 50 subscription minimum; however the initial purchase of them does.



Q: Why should I become an Executive Errands Corporate subscriber?

A: Because we specialize in Concierge Services, we have hundreds of contacts and relationships that enable us to satisfy requests in a timely and professional manner.

For those of you catering to the new resident, our One-At-a-Time services offer a quick way for the recently transplanted to find quality conscious, reliable service providers – a benefit that reflects positively on your company.

Our subscription cost is affordable, enabling your company to provide these services to all of your Employees, Customers and Clients.
